Retractable bug screens by Apollo
There when you want the breeze. Rolled out of sight when you do not. Bugs stay out, and your doors and your view stay exactly as they are.
A retractable screen is an insect screen that rolls away when you are not using it. It lives in a slim housing fixed to one side of the door frame. Pull it across when you want fresh air. Let go and it rolls back in on its own.
With the screen put away, your door looks the way it did before. There is no second door to swing, and nothing in the way of the glass.
Bug screens, not security screens. A retractable screen keeps insects out. It is not built to stop a person. If you want to leave a door open and locked, look at our security screen doors. Many homes have both.
Where they fit

The most popular use. Two screens meet in the middle, so both doors can stand open. On narrower pairs, one screen can pull right across. They work whether your doors swing in or out (per Apollo).

Leave the front door open for air without a second door cluttering the entry. It pulls across with one hand and tucks away again when you close up.
A replacement for the worn-out sliding screen that keeps jumping its track. Apollo builds them for standard sliders and for wider patio doors.
Wide openings need a wider screen. Apollo makes motorized retractable screens for openings up to 20 feet across (per Apollo).
Ask Roman what is available for wide openings.
